How do I actually earn Rewards?

What if my progress didn't track correctly?
This happens occasionally with any app-based tracking, and we don't want you to lose a Reward you actually earned. Reach out to Customer Support with the offer name and roughly when you completed it (screenshots help), and we'll look into it.
What if my brand's gift card isn't available when I redeem?
No problem. You'll either get to pick a different available brand, or we'll send you a substitute gift card (like a Visa) of equal or greater value. Same value, no downgrade, no hassle.
How do I get my gift card?
Straight to your inbox, the same email address tied to your account. Some are delivered instantly, others take a little longer if they need manual review, but we always aim to get it to you quickly.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don't sell your personal information, we don't sell your email address, and we don't share your info with third parties for advertising or marketing. Your email is used to run your account, deliver your gift card, and keep things secure. That's it.
